In the Eclipse workbench goto:

        Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install -> Search for new
features to install -> Add Remote site
        and add the Auto-install URL above

its hopefully straightforward from there :o)

How do I use the update site to install/update Subclipse? I can't seem
to find any references to it at the tigris website. I've just upgraded
from RC2 to 3.0 final, and I need to reinstall Subclipse.
