AW: AW: update site updated

thats strange,

After your post I tried once again:
(in step by step order)

switched to a Test user(so I could delete ~/.eclipse* and the workspace)

- deleted eclipse-3-rc2
- unziped eclipse-3-rc2 fresh
- as the test user started eclipse
- did some proxy settings
- set the updater to www.loonsoft.com/updates
- searched for updates, installed subclipse
- Eclipse prompted to apply changes or restart?
- restarted eclipse
- Menu->window->open perspective -> other..
- subversion repository browsing
- Error (same one about the ui)

The log file is 14KB,

Hmm I tried on another box and I have no trouble to install. The biggest
difference I see between the two boxes is that the first one already had
subclispse installed some time ago. I guess I've to deinstall it first.
