svn+ssh protocol

I am using Eclipse 3M7 on Windows XP, with Subclipse 0.8.1, 0.8.6 and 0.9.0 installed. I also have TortoiseSVN latest version, and Subversion command-line client installed. With Subclipse I am able to access the http subclipse repository, but I can't access my own repository with svn+ssh

list -r HEAD svn+ssh://bart/apps/Subversion/repositories/online
  The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried this on the command line too. The URL is correct because it works on TortoiseSVN. Do I need to install an SSH client or something?
