Subclipse 0.8.6 doesn't work on WinNT 4.0 SP6a

When I run subclipse with svnjavahl, I get this error:

Error dialog: Der Prozedureinstiegspunkt "SHGetFolderPathW" konnte in der
DLL "SHELL32.dll" nicht gefunden werden.

(Translation: It couldn't link against SHELL32.dll because the
function SHGetFolderPathW is not in that dll).

Unhandled exception caught in event loop.
Reason:
F:\work\eclipse\plugins\org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.8.6\svnjavahl.dll:
Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden

And ideas why that is?
