[Subclipse-dev] why is it that if i copy/paste over a file that it is then an outgoing deletion?

This is always quite annoying, if i do in eclipse copy of a file (my example
this is not an svn file)
and i drop it on an svn file then that file has an outgoing deletion
instead of just outgoing change..
The file is not deleted it is just updated as a whole...
