Looks good. No where are you rubbishing Subversive. The only slightly
questionable line is "Even the primary developer of the JavaSVN library,
Alexander Kitaev, has asked to be listed as an interested party and
potential contributor to our proposal", but it is true so i have no
problem with it.

Have you heard back from CollabNet?

Having this a combimed SVN tooling plus administration/guidance is a
great idea. They are consulting with CollabNet now anyway.
