My plugin gathers information about developer activity on certain
resources (only from projects with my custom nature). Those activities
are stored in files that are also versioned (they are placed in one of
the project subdirectory - marked by "org.eclipse.team.core.ignore" so
they are not visible to subclipse). When a developer commits his files
to repository I want to report "commit" activity (with commit message),
flush all activities to file and send (commit) my file(s) to repository.
