Deferred content provider for the repositories view

Hi to all,

I implemented a patch to provide deffered member fetching to the
repositories view. The implementation is based on the CVS Repositories
view implementation but keeps all subversion specific features such as
Tags/Branches and folder only filters. I think that the changes are
also supported in Eclipse 3.0 but i have not tested them.

Please provide me with feedback so that i can commit it.
