I wasn't suggesting anything here. Are you saying, we could consider
adding some way that even when you were using JavaHL as your adapter, it
could use JavaSVN for this one status call? It is an interesting idea. I
would prefer to wait on it a bit, but is something we should keep in mind.
 One problem I immediately see is for stuff like svn+ssh:// you would
really have to do both configurations that are needed. I think if we did
go down this route the best thing would be to make a 4th adapter choice so
that it was clear what we were doing.

I will work on getting the svnClientAdapter changes I was rpeviously
suggesting committed.
