This is a bug in Subversion 1.2.1 when talking to a pre 1.2 server. There
is going to be a 1.2.2 version issued sometime soon to address it. The
bug is in the svn st -u command, which is what drives our Synchronize
feature. Just try running that from a command line.

If you can go back to Subversion 1.2.0, then that will solve your problem.
 For Windows users, that is the version we included in the 0.9.32 release,
for this reason.

Otherwise, until you can get Subversion 1.2.2 loaded, you will have to use
the Team -> Update and Team -> Commit options.
