I have been waiting for the Subversion 1.2.1 Win32 binaries to be posted,
and that has been delayed while waiting for the official zlib 1.2.3 release
to come out which has the fix for the recently publicized security flaw.

So hopefully soon, but I have been saying that for 7-10 days. It has been
mostly a good delay as we have made many improvments in the time.
