I am only guessing, but I would guess that if we were to implement some
new API's so that we appeared in that drop-down, then you could open a
"dedicated" SVN Console view. Meaning, if you did something else that
normally would replace the contents of the Console, it would happen in a
different view and you would not have to re-select to show the SVN
Console? Doesn't sound terribly useful to me.
