Sounds like a good idea.

I think the 0.9.23 might have come from the Subclipse release at that time.
I am not really sure how the svnAnt and svnClientAdapter releases work.

You might want to use 0.9.31.1 for the version, just to reflect the
Subclipse release.

If you are not pressed for time, you could wait a week until Subversion
1.2.1 is released. I am going to do a Subclipse 0.9.32 release at the same
time and we could just release it all together along with the Subversion
1.2.1 version of JavaHL (for Windows).
