Decorator problem

I am having a sporadic decorator problem in the upcoming version that I
cannot track down. I have only seen it happen in IBM's RAD, but it
doesn't happen all of the time so that could be a coincidence.

It only happens when there are conflicts, but not all of the time.

What happens is that it looks like Eclipse gets into some kind of
refresh-loop (a co-worker who got this today left his computer in this
state and went to lunch. When he got back it was back to normal. When it
happened to me, I killed RAD after a few minutes). I suspect that it has
something to do with the problem markers we are setting. I never saw this
problem in 0.9.30, but I do not think any of the recent changes would
cause it either. I do all of my Subclipse work in Eclipse 3.0.1 and have
never seen this there. Technically, RAD is using the same version.

Anyone have any ideas? I am a bit stumped by this.
