Did you install this?

Basically, you need to have Subversion and JavaHL bindings properly
installed for Subclipse to work. It sounds like you do not have them
installed. The easiest way to do this on OS X is to just download and run
the above installer.

NOTE: There is a bug when committing on OS X (doesn't always happen). I
am releasing a new version of Subclipse (0.9.26) today that has a fix for
this.
