I will leave that up to others. I put book in trunk because it would be
easy to support it in both versions.

I have spent some time trying to revive the 2.x line with the new code,
but it seems virtually impossible. If you do make a branch for Eclipse
2.x, make sure that an appropriate branch is made for svnClientAdapter.
That project has changed radically on trunk, so it is hard to know what to
work with to get the version that Eclipse 2.x is based on. I ultimately
figured it out using the tags but it wasn't easy.

I am not sure there is any benefit at this point to do any of this. It is
just names and not too hard to figure out.
