New Subclipse feature plugin

Just an fyi...

I have tested the "single" feature on Eclipse 3.0.1 on Windows, Suse 9 and
OS X Panther. All worked fine. So, if we want to go this route, it looks
like it works. I think it is better for the following reasons:

1) Should work on all Eclipse supported platforms (obviously they need
JavaHL as well for now). Currently, we artificially do not support Motif
or Fox on Linux. Nor any of the Unix platforms (Solaris, AIX, QNX, etc..)

2) Easier for us to have one feature.

3) Logical. Does it the same as Eclipse itself.

4) If 3rd parties want to extend Subclipse, they just have one feature to
depend on.

5) We can still support platform-specific functionality from the single
feature. Currently, we just need Win32, but we could still do others if
needed.

Thanks

Mark
