It is about 500K zipped, I think I can get it to around 400K as there are a
couple of .ppt files in the images folder and I do not think they are
needed. I do not think it can be much smaller than that.
I think it should be its own plugin initially, and if people like it, we
could include it with Subclipse. However, I think it is a bit of a waste
to download that extra 400K every time you apply a Subclipse update. That
is my main reason for making it separate.
I will probably get it all committed on Monday. I have the toc.xml about
1/3 finished but I haven't spent much time on it yet.
