Integration with Bug Tracking Systems

Please take a look at this when you have chance. I have been working with
the Tortoise developers to try to document a standard way that all GUI
clients could provide some basic integration with bug tracking tools. The
idea was to get them all to use the same configuration and do things in the
same ways so that the client a user uses does not matter or break the
"system".
