brockj and pkorros for committers

It's great to see patches starting to turn up in the issues db. We
should continue to give priority to these over the standard "xxx is
broken" issue.

I'm also +1 for these guys based on their commitment to actually
producing code. I'm hoping these guys are making these fixes based on
using the plugin in their day to day work environments. Nothing
motivates fixing a problem than having to work around it every day.

I'm not sure where Phil is these days but as we have 3+ votes already we
have a majority. So Brock Janiczak and Panagiotis Korros would you guys
like join us and get some write access to the repos?
