2.1 stream update site stuff

I created a branch and checked in update site configuration junk for the 2.1
stream. i put it on a branch so the 2.1 developers can take a look at
it/verify it before it goes onto the trunk proper.

you can find it at "subclipse/branches/2.1-update-stuff"

the 2.1 update site is at http://www.loonsoft.com/2.1/updates

i've verified successful installations on linux for 2.1
