I agree.

I think a roadmap is important too.

The first thing to decide is who will do what
- Eclipse 2.1.2/Win32 => Daniel ?
- Eclipse 3M5/Linux => Looney ?

I think Daniel or me (or Looney ?) can do Eclipse 3M5/Win32 too.
Perhaps Looney (perhaps me too ?) can do Eclipse 2.1.2/Linux.

Concerning OSX, who can be the release manager ?

What do we need to correct/add before next release ?
