Ah, I'm sorry - I didn't see that was a linux build. Is there
anything special I'd need to do to create a windows build with ssl
support? I noticed some posts on the users list implying that the
latest M4 windows build (which I tried previously) wasn't built with
support for ssl.

Also, I assume you mean our svn server-side libraries? I already hit
our repository over ssl with Tortoise - just hoping to get direct
support in eclipse.

I'm (obviously) brand new to your project so if I've hit an FAQ, just
tell me to search harder in the archives. I've looked but I didn't find
anything obvious to me.
