I went to do this, and instead discovered more bugs.

Section III-10-B ("Notice of Certain Agenda Items") isn't just about
notice, it's about required percentages for certain kinds of votes. I
thought maybe I'd add the Amending-These-Bylaws material there,
but then I saw that the "51%" to remove a Director, as given in
III-10-B-1, is inconsistent with the "two-thirds" given in IV-6, to which
III-10-B-1 refers.

Also, IV-6 refers to Active Members, whereas II-10-B uses just
Members everywhere. I think Active Members would be better
in almost all cases, since people need to be able to drop off
the map for a while without paralyzing the corporation.

Since we're trying to get this wrapped up, and since everything
is under version control, and since you all know I'm happy to
revert and discuss if there's any controversy, I'm going to commit
"fixes" (as I consider them) for those issues right now. Then in
a separate commit I'll add the Amending-These-Bylaws language.
I hope this is okay with everyone.
