I was just going to say that it's probably something that's controlled
by the rules concerning CA corporations, and that I'd check with the
lawyers to be sure, but DannyB has beaten me to the punch.

I'll also note that DannyB mentioned on IRC that these are just the
default rules for this sort of thing. If we want to have more
specific rules, that's certainly possible, or we can just use the
defaults for now, and later if we decide to change the rules we can do
so as an amendment ;-)
