I wonder. Wouldn't their reply be "Well, why didn't you register them
during Sunrise 2, instead of waiting for the Landrush and getting all
your domains stolen?"

I don't know if mercenary domain hogging companies would be sensitive
to the argument "But we weren't legally embodied to defend our
trademark back then!"
