I see that you're using TortoiseSVN 1.11.1. This is an older version (also
1.11.1 is an older version of the Subversion libraries).

Is it possible for you to try upgrading TortoiseSVN to the latest version?
TortoiseSVN 1.13.0 (which uses Subversion 1.13.0) was just released
recently. There have been various bug fixes in both products since 1.11.1.
