ASFBot is run by Infra. It seems to have fixed itself, but if it acts up
again, best would be to talk to breser@: he used to run an irker instance that
provided bug-for-bug compatible IRC notifications. (If we chase this down,
note that irker is currently «/mode +q»'d on #svn-dev to avoid duplicate
notifications when ASFBot is there, so someone with +o would need to undo this.
All full committers should have +o; if you don't have +o yet, just tell someone
your nickserv account name and you'll get it.)
