I'd actually cut an rc2 last night, but after I cut it my Internet
went out for 10 hours. Overnight you guys have approved some more
changes, so I'm just going to toss that tarball and roll based on a
newer rev.

As to your question my intention is to get an rc2 prepared for sure
today. I looked through the other items in STATUS. Only one has
sufficient votes and I've moved it to approved. Bert is working on
his API change to svn_utf_initialize2() and then I'm rolling.
