Right.

And I'm on the verge of setting up the caching scenario that I've been
talking about for a long while (thinking about the profile in terms of
ra_serf and also increasing svn.apache.org perf). When the server-side
cache is hot, the load on svn_fs should drop dramatically for typical
checkout/update scenarios.
