BUG: special symbols in file names

From: Коньков Евгений <kes-kes_at_yandex.ru>

Using svn on FreeBSD has no problem with file names like: 'f_ng*'
but trying to 'co' into windows I get error:

  Can't move 'X:\WORK\projects\FreeBSD\.svn\tmp\svn-B026B5BC' to
   'X:\WORK\projects\FreeBSD\firewall\f_ng*': Синтаксическая ошибка в имени
файла, имени папки или метке тома.

Please work around of that

maybe there must be 'before co' script which notice '*' sign in name
and replace it with something else and remember that. when file will
be commited back script will notice that and do reverse change.
