I have been thinking we are due for a 1.7.3 as well.

FWIW, I am travelling next week so cannot test and sign on Windows.
If someone else does not step forward to provide the 3rd signature,
then worst case I can sign it the following week when I am back. Or
you could corral the STATUS file next week and cut the tarball over
the weekend or the following week.

Either way, +1 from me.
