We "continue to maintain" them in that they remain hosted. It's not like
BDB 4.4 and 4.3 are changing over time.

That said, if the state of the Subversion-Building-on-Windows art has
progressed to the point where mere mortals can actually pull this off using
their own source downloads of Berkeley DB, then we can probably drop these
references. BDB is at version 5.2 these days, with 4.8 being the last of
the 4.x series.

If we keep the BDB-related links, we should replace them with the following
