svn_mutex causing deadlock in the ruby bindings?

This is just an observation; I've not investigated it at all.

It appears that the ruby bindings tests are currently hanging on one
of the buildslaves:
http://ci.apache.org/builders/svn-x64-ubuntu-gcc/builds/3636/steps/Test%20bindings/logs/stdio

After an hour, the buildslave senses that nothing has happened, so it
kills the test and moves on to other things. Since the bindings
themselves haven't changed, and the symptoms look like a deadlock of
some sort, I can only conclude that some kind of interference with the
new svn_mutex infrastructure is causing problems.
