Re: Build failure on Windows

I resolved the problem by blowing away the build/win32 folder and
updating from trunk. My guess is that gen-make.py (which I run
regularly) was not refreshing the project file for these tests.

I was regularly blowing away my "Release" folder but I had never blown
away all the project files before now.
