+1. But if there's a way to disable the emails for the duration, even
better. What I'd probably do is to produce trimmed diff output,
something like this:

-r850050:Tweaks to new make generator code introduced in r9935. These changes
+r850050:Tweaks to new make generator code introduced in r850009. These changes
-r850051:extra whitespace from project files introduced in r9935. These changes
+r850051:extra whitespace from project files introduced in r850009. These changes

...maybe with a blank line or something between revs, and post it in
some way.
