Yes, that's the system that Stefan Küng recommended to me, as they are
using it for TortoiseSVN. I've been tempted to just register
Subversion at the hosted Tranifex site and be done with it, but I'd
first like to experiment with an ASF-hosted version, which could
hopefully integrate with the ASF LDAP for automatic commits and such.
We'll see how far that gets. :)
