Nope, I believe it completely. We had certain "issues" with Trend anti-virus recently, on a 64-bit Win7 box with only windows live *messenger* installed, it would corrupt the AV and be unable to repair. Since then further updates to WLM have fixed the problem.

No-one knows why it’s a problem, and I think MS quietly fixed whatever system instability it was causing.
