I agree. On this issue, the most urgent header required is the SHA1
checksum. First problem is that we have to patch the server to send it
along with the MD5 checksum. Second problem is that exposing it via
one extra argument in apply_textdelta and close_file will break
backwards compatibility. Any thoughts?
