Hi Paul. Thanks - we'd be delighted to receive your changes to make
Subversion work on OS/2.

As well as what Bert just said, I'd ask you to help us out in a couple
of other ways. First, please split the patch into the different logical
changes - at a quick glance I can see changes to make Windows-style
paths work, changing some config file preferences, and changing the
svnserve default connection mode - and send a separate patch for each.

Please write a log message that says what's changing functionally and
why, for each patch, in the form described in
<http://subversion.apache.org/docs/community-guide/general.html#patches>. Very few of us know OS/2 so we'll need your expertise to help us understand the changes.
