Is your gnome-keyring unlocked? If not unlock it first. Ideally, there is a
gnome dialog which is thrown up after unlocking, saying "Allow Access to
keyring" where you can say allow once, always, etc. May be you ve ignored this
dialog or there is some problem in opening this up.
