Hi Roman,

The revised BSD license is quite permissive, so there are no
restrictions on how you integrate Trac code into the Subversion
codebase as long as the original copyright notice and license terms
from Edgewall are included with the software. This means that yes,
according to the license, you are welcome to remove the Trac directory
and integrate its contents into the Python test suite.
