+1, no objections, but can we make sure that attempts to post to the old
address have a helpful reply?

The other day I saw an automated reply to a post to dev_at_s.t.o, and it
just said,

  We are sorry, but email posting to this discussion is not allowed.

Can we configure it (on users@, at least) to say,

  This discussion list has moved to <users_at_subversion.apache.org>.
  Please re-post your mail to that address. See
  <http://subversion.apache.org/mailing-lists.html> for how to
  subscribe and other details. You can post without subscribing.

The auto-reply I saw from dev@ includes a copy of the original email so
the user doesn't have to have kept a copy.
