I see no issue with not distributing as long as we can keep it in the tree
in the repository. If any externals have been identified, please share what
you have found so I can remove files. I am still waiting for my
contributor's agreement to go through - last time I tried I didn't seem to
be able to commit anymore. Please be aware before modifying the WiX package
too much that I have made a number of changes that are currently on my local
machine that need to be committed.
