"only fails in Java-based client" tells me that the problem doesn't exhibit itself in the Subversion client, but only in other clients which use our Java interfaces. The groups that produce and ship those clients are in a better position to reproduce and debug this bug, and then forward it upstream (if it is indeed a bug in our Java interface). As it stands, you've provided no reproduction script, so the report, while interesting, isn't that valuable to the general Subversion development community.

So again, I suggest you report this to your tool vendor, work with them to triage and reproduce the bug, and then forward it upstream if you determine a specific cause in the Subversion code base.
