Re: Subversion test results.

I thought I would start new some threads about the few remaining questions I have about building Subversion and I thought I would clear up the original intent of this one.

Using the MacPorts install of APR and APR-UTIL causes unknown (to me ) errors within Subversion.

Subversion compiles / builds correctly without error, yet the test-suite reports many errors which have been attached to a previous message in this thread.

Despite my enthusiasm, I do not have the knowledge to evaluate or fix the MacPorts induced errors - but will happily volunteer my machine and time to assist in finding out. If someone takes on the task and needs an appropriate machine to test on.

After having built apr and apr-util manually from ASF (released) source code, I can successfully compiler / install Subversion.
The test suite reports;

Summary of test results:
  1148 tests PASSED
  28 tests SKIPPED
  42 tests XFAILED (2 WORK-IN-PROGRESS)
