I don't know if it is pertinent to your argument, but the word 'not' wasn't in my quote above. My thought was "we have control over this list, we should do something with it" as opposed to all the other archives of users@ which exist and which we don't have any control over, and which aren't in nearly the "official" position as the one at Tigris is.
