[IMPORTANT] Please file your CLA with the ASF

As part of the transition to the ASF, we'll be moving the source code repository to Apache infrastructure. In order to continue to commit after the repository is migrated, each current committer and partial committer will need to have an iCLA on file with the ASF.

We aren't sure when the cutover date will be, but it may be as soon as the next couple of weeks. To prepare for that, I'd like to encourage everyone who has not done so to file a iCLA with the ASF *today*. Don't wait. Do it now.

You can find filing information here:
http://www.apache.org/licenses/#clas

If you are unsure if you already have filed an iCLA, you can check here:
http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html

To learn more about the CLA registration process, see:
http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#cla-registration

After the cutover, you will *not* be able to commit to Subversion unless you have filed the appropriate paperwork with the ASF, so please do so as quickly as possible.

Thanks,
-Hyrum
