Update on wc-ng progress

I have not sent out a new burndown in quite a while. The attached
chart shows progress has really plateaued in the last month. This is
not completely surprising of course since that includes both SubConf
and ApacheCon as well as work on the Apache announcement and transfer.
This data is as of r40433, and it is using the new script that is
counting a lot more things to do.
The current projected completion for the work being tracked is now
March-15. This is of course based on getting to a value of "zero",
which we know is not the goal. Until we have a better number to
estimate against, that is all we have though.
