Hi Christer,
The role of FAQ Manager does need any special permissions, and you
don't need to apply for the position. Simply submit patches to the
project FAQ (located at www/faq.html in our source tree). When
submitting your patches, be sure to follow the patch guidelines
outlined here: http://subversion.tigris.org/hacking.html#patches
